Platform Commission Fee Discount for small non-mall sellers [Effective 1 Apr 2026]To support small sellers in starting and growing their business on TikTok Shop, a platform commission fee discount will be provided for sellers whose total sales do not exceed THB 10,000 in the past 30 days. The 30-day evaluation period will end on the 20th of each month, and eligible sellers will receive the commission fee waiver in the following month through Seller Mission page ONLY.Non-Mall Seller with GMV less than 10,000THB

  • Sellers can go claim this benefit via
    • Seller Center -> My Mission & Reward -> Click Accept Mission -> Get the Reward
  • Waiver period will be +30 days from when seller clicks accept mission + the reward message shows up
    • Seller can check the reward validity period via 'My reward' page (as screenshot below)
