Campaign Sample Management

In this guide, we will take you through the process you need to follow in order to manage sample requests when working on campaigns with Affiliate Partners.

Registering for Campaigns

Once you have agreed to take part in a campaign with an Affiliate Partner, you will need to register your products, set the commission rate and set your sample quantity for each product you are registering.
Navigate to: Seller Centre > Partner Campaign > Select campaign name shared by Affiliate Partner
  1. Once you have added your products, you will see a field to add your [Total commission rate] and the number of free samples you would like to set for agencies under [Set Sample Quantity]

  1. Once you've filled in the details, press [Submit] which will show your [Status] as Pending.
  2. The Affiliate Partner agency will need to approve the commission rate and sample quantity on the Partner Centre.
  3. After approval, if required, you can increase the sample quantity by edit this.
    1. Please note you cannot decrease the sample quantity amount

Managing Sample Requests from Affiliate Partners

Navigate to: Seller Centre > Sample Request > All
  1. Click on the filter option and select [Partner Campaign]. This will display all the sample requests you have received from the Affiliate Partners on behalf of creators
