A feature that consists of a series of missions that sellers can complete to help you become a top seller. Each mission has a specific goal and some of them have rewards that sellers can use to maximize their shop growth on our platform.
You can access your missions and rewards via Seller Center Homepage or Seller Center > Mission & Rewards.

Feature Overview

There are two main tabs:

1. Missions
2. My Reward

Missions

• On the top of the page, you will see potential rewards and benefits you can get after completing some missions.

• On the middle of the page you will see recommendations of missions that you should finish to level up your business. The missions may come with rewards that you can enjoy after completion.

• At the bottom of the page there will be series of educational videos and articles that you can watch or read to learn more about selling with TikTok Shop and how you can optimize the features that we have to accelerate your business.

My Rewards

On the My rewards page you can see the type of rewards that you have received and also their status, either to be used, currently in use, have been used, or expired.

• We recommend you to use your rewards before it gets expired.

Type of Rewards

• Product Voucher
  • Vouchers subsidy for specific products that you choose that can be claimed by your customers to incentivise them to buy
• Promote Voucher
  • Vouchers that can be used for discounts when paying for "Promote"
• Ad Credit
  • Credit subsidy that you can use for Ads on TikTok Shop to promote your products
• Free Shipping Fee
  • Subsidies to give your customers free shipping vouchers
• Official Group
  • Access to TikTok Shop sellers's official communities to get exclusive information and campaigns
• Fee Discount
  • Reduce the commission fee charges by the platform for any orders fulfilled.

Use Rewards

• Click the Use button on each reward to use it.

• There will be a pop up window on the right hand side to give you details and guides on how to enjoy your rewards.

• Each reward will have different details and guides. Make sure utilise it at max for your benefit!

Mission History

You can check a list of missions that you have completed or have expired through mission history.

FAQ

1. What happens if a mission expires before I'm able to complete it?

We continue to update and develop new missions to help our Sellers learn how to better operate their TikTok Shops. Unfortunately, if a mission is removed before you can complete it, any progress you have made in this mission will be lost and further rewards won't be given out. You're always welcome to start new missions!

2. Can I collect rewards for multiple accounts related to one seller?

In order to be eligible to earn rewards, the account must be the Seller Owner Account.

3. Do missions belong to sellers or accounts? Where will the rewards be sent, the seller or the account?

Missions are linked to sellers, not to accounts.
