• TikTok Shop will launch a platform integrated logistics service for Bulky parcels in Thailand starting from Dec 18th, 2023.
• The definition for bulky service is: either the actual weight is above 20kg, or length is above 100cm.
• The size limitation for bulky service is: actual weight should be within 100kg, and any side should be within 220cm, and sum of 3 sides should be within 660cm.

• Sellers be able to check through the seller center page

3. How do sellers subscribe to Bulky service?

• All sellers will auto-subscribe to this service on Dec 18th, 2023.

4. How do sellers un-subscribe to Bulky service?

• Sellers can unsubscribe in seller center-shipping options.

5. What is the Bulky service shipping fee?

  • If you select [Default], the product will be consistent with the shop's delivery options.
  • If you select [Custom], the product won't be changed with the shop's delivery options except when a delivery option is deleted from the shop's delivery options.
  • If there is no available delivery option for the "Custom", the product's delivery option will be changed to [default].
