I am still unable to log in to my account. How can I troubleshoot further?

Check your Internet Connection

4. Tap Clear cache.

- If you are using the App:

4. Tap Clear cache.
- If you are using the PC Desktop:
2. At the top right, click More.
3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.
Once you have successfully cleared the cache and cookies, please reattempt to log in via https://seller-th.tiktok.com/account/login on the Google Chrome browser (Do not use applications).
