This article teaches you what LIVE Specials are, how it works, as well as how the LIVE Specials Program (LSP) is utilised to drive user traffic and exposure for sellers who want to grow on TikTok Shop's LIVE.

What is LIVE Specials?

LIVE Specials is a voucher created exclusively for the LIVE Specials Program (LSP), a co-funded program for sellers. Sellers participating in this program can obtain high-subsidy-rate LIVE vouchers, user engagement and orders driven by the platform.
At full launch, sellers can join the program for a service fee and in return, they will receive exclusive vouchers that can only be claimed in LIVE rooms only.

How do users redeem LIVE Specials?

LIVE Specials vouchers are issued only in campaign LIVEs. Users can only collect these vouchers by entering the LIVE room. Vouchers can only be redeemed with products that have the promotion tag (as shown below)
The most direct way for a user to utilise the LIVE Specials voucher is to immediately purchase the product from a LIVE session

LIVE Specials Project Service Fee

The LIVE Specials Program (LSP) service fee is charged upon successfully completed LIVE Orders. Completed orders are defined as orders that are successfully delivered to buyers, with no pending return/refund request and regardless of whether the LIVE order uses the LIVE Specials Voucher or not. LIVE orders are defined as orders with the products that have last click source/content source is from LIVE.

1. Who can apply for this project? What are the criteria for enrollment in this project?

Sellers who meet our operation threshold (Seller ONRR T30 <1.92%, when # of orders ≥ 10) are eligible to join LIVE Specials Program (LSP).

2. Is the LIVE Specials voucher stackable with other Seller & Platform Promotion?

LIVE Specials vouchers can be used together with all other Seller promotions.
LIVE Specials voucher is not stackable with the platform's product vouchers. In this case, the system will choose the deepest discount voucher by default.
