What is the Account Standing tool used for?

TikTok Shop's Account Standing is an all-in-one tool creators can use to manage their account health and track any violations associated with their TikTok Shop account. It is also the place where violation tickets can be appealed.Details creators can find in their Account Standing include:
  • Account health status (accumulated violation points)
  • Policy notices
  • Violation records
  • Quiz benefits
These details will help you better understand the kind of content we allow and disallow on our platform, and assist you in avoiding any potential violations of our policies and guidelines.

Where can I find my Account Standing?

Mobile App
  1. On your TikTok Profile Page, click on the Shopping Cart icon to access TikTok Shop, then click "Enter" TikTok Shop.
  2. Once in TikTok Shop, click on "Account Standing" near the bottom of the page.

  1. Go to https://shop.tiktok.com/streamer/welcome and log in using your TikTok Shop account credentials.
  2. Click on "Account Standing" on the left side of the page.

How do I navigate the Account Standing page?

  1. From the Account Standing page, you will be able to view your account health status and accumulated Violation Points, which are based on your performance in the past 90 days.
  2. In the "Quiz benefit" section, you will have the opportunity to take quizzes and earn points to reduce your total Violation Points.
  3. You will also be able to check violation details and appeal information for any violations under the "Violation Records" section.

How do I file an appeal?

Mobile App
  1. From the Account Standing page, click on "Violation Records".
  2. Click on the specific violation that you wish to appeal against.
  3. Toward the bottom of the Violation Details and click on "Appeal."
  4. Fill in your appeal reason and submit any applicable supporting documents. Then, click "Submit."
  5. We will review your case and inform you of your appeal outcome.

  2. Fill in your appeal reason and submit any applicable supporting documents. Then, click "Submit".

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Will all my violations appear on my Account Standing page?
  • No. Only violations that have occurred within the last 90 days will appear on your Account Standing page.
Are there any restrictions on appealing against violations?
  • Each violation ticket can only be appealed against once.
  • Violation tickets must be appealed against within 30 days from their date of issue.
Can all types of violations be appealed against?
  • Yes, all types of violations can be appealed against.
