Simulcasting and Multicasting

We want every livestream on TikTok Shop to be the best experience possible — for you and your audience. Simulcasting and Multicasting take away from that goal by creating:
  • Weaker Connections: Splitting your focus across platforms makes it harder to dedicate attention to a single screen and/or platform, affecting trust and potentially hurting your sales.
  • Confusion for Shoppers: Mixed promotions and inconsistent messaging between platforms can frustrate buyers and cause missed opportunities.
  • A Less Engaging Experience: Your viewers deserve your full attention. Divided streams can lead to a lower-quality experience for TikTok Shop audiences.
Hence, Simulcasting and Multicasting are prohibited on the platform.
By dedicating your focus to TikTok Shop, you can build stronger connections, increase trust, and create a seamless shopping experience your audience loves!

Can I still stream on other platforms?

Absolutely! Creators are free to stream on other platforms. However, you must avoid streaming simultaneously with TikTok Shop LIVEs to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for TikTok Shop viewers.
