How to Use LIVE Selling page?

1. Start by entering the LIVE Selling page to familiarize yourself with the experience. Next, take time to learn livestreaming basics, tools to use and guidelines to follow, via the “Learn about going LIVE” module.
2. Once ready, accept a staged LIVE Growth Mission to begin tracking your progress.
3. Then, go LIVE and complete the tasks step by step within the TikTok app or LIVE Manager PC. As you meet the initial milestones, you’ll automatically receive rewards and unlock the next stage.
4. Via 'More missions', explore additional opportunities to grow through campaign-specific tasks.
5. Finally, review your performance insights or check the Inspiration Center to refine your future livestream strategies!

Note: This module is currently available to selected sellers only.This module guides you through a series of progressive livestreaming tasks designed to help you grow step by step. As you complete each stage, you unlock rewards while steadily building your confidence and skills. It’s a structured, motivating way to improve your LIVE performance and increase your GMV over time!
Different reward types are shown with different icons on the mission card, helping sellers quickly identify the reward type at a glance. For example, coupon rewards, cash rewards, and platform fee discount rewards each have their own icon. Missions configured with platform fee discount will display a dedicated reward icon.

LIVE Growth Mission

Here, your livestreaming journey is split up to four clear stages, making it easy to progress step by step. In each stage, you’ll be given specific goals to complete—such as going LIVE for a set number of days or reaching a target LIVE GMV. Once you’ve met all the conditions in a stage, you’ll successfully unlock the next stage, helping you build momentum, confidence, and stronger results as you move forward.

Available LIVE Growth Mission will also be displayed via the LIVE tasks module on the LIVE Manager homepage. Clicking "View more" opens a right-hand side panel where you can check the list of tasks by status (Open/Completed/Expired).

• Open: These are tasks that are new, or have been started and are in progress
• Completed: These are tasks that have been fully completed & rewards have been given
• Expired: These are new or incomplete tasks that did not meet the completion deadline

Plan your LIVE

Easily plan and promote your livestreams ahead of time so you can show up prepared and build momentum early. You can schedule your upcoming LIVE, line up the products you want to feature, and attach a teaser video to spark interest and drive traffic before you go live. Your scheduled session will also appear on your TikTok profile, making it easy for viewers to discover, follow, and register—so you can start your stream with an audience already waiting.
Important points to note:

• Once created, LIVE Event details (dates, times) cannot be modified. Only product lists and promotional tools remain editable. If your plans change, simply delete the old plan and create a new one that is more suitable.
• While there are no platform penalties for starting a LIVE session later than scheduled, delayed starts may lead to fewer viewers joining, as customers may move on if the session doesn’t begin on time.

1. How can sellers complete the LIVE Growth Mission shown on Seller Center PC?

Sellers cannot complete LIVE Growth Mission on Seller Center PC. However, it can be completed via the TikTok App and LIVE Manager PC.

2. How many stages does a LIVE Growth Mission have?

A LIVE Growth Mission has a minimum of 2 stages and maximum of 4 stages.

3. How can sellers unlock the next stage in a LIVE Growth Mission?

Sellers are required to complete all the task conditions in the current task stage, before the next stage can be unlocked for them. Each task has a maximum of 2 conditions per task stage, and both conditions must be completed in order for a stage to be successfully completed.

4. Can sellers click on Stage 2 to start the tasks in Stage 2, even if Stage 1 is not yet completed?

No, sellers must complete the task conditions in Stage 1 before they can begin the tasks in Stage 2.

5. What happens when all task conditions in the current stage have been completed, but it states "Out of rewards"?

6. What happens when all stages have been completed?

Whenever there is a new LIVE Growth Mission, it will replace the previous task group and sellers can begin a new LIVE Growth Mission.

7. My LIVE Selling page doesn't seem to have any missions displayed for me, why is that?

8. Once I complete a stage, how will I get notified about the rewards for the stage I've completed?

Once you complete the entire LIVE Growth Mission (all stages are completed), a pop up will be displayed to you on the Creator Center/Affiliate Center homepage. Alternatively, when you complete each stage, you can also check the reward status displayed under each stage.

9. Where can I check all my mission rewards?

All rewards received from LIVE Growth Missions and More missions can be found via the Growth Center on TikTok App.
