The Affiliate Assistant is a smart assistant that helps you manage your affiliate program through natural conversation without having to jump across multiple pages and filters.
This guide explains where to find the Affiliate Assistant and how to use its key workflows during daily creator collaboration.

How to find the Affiliate Assistant
- Look for the floating bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page inside Affiliate Center and click it to open the conversation panel.
- You can also enter the Affiliate Assistant from feature-level shortcuts on the Find Creator page and the Approve Sample Request page, which will open the panel with the relevant skill preloaded.
Use Affiliate Assistant to Find Creator
Open the Affiliate Assistant and type a request that describes the creator you are looking for. The Affiliate Assistant will return a list of matching creators as a card, along with a short reason for each recommendation.
If you already have a product in mind, mention its name or paste the product ID and the Affiliate Assistant will match creators to that specific product.
Once the results appear, click any creator card to jump to the full creator profile in Affiliate Center, or continue in the chat to refine your search by asking the Affiliate Assistant to filter by category, follower size, GMV performance, or region.
Use Affiliate Assistant to Invite Creators
Tell the Affiliate Assistant which creators you would like to invite, either by naming them or by continuing directly from a Find Creator result. After selecting the creator, choose the product you want to promote, confirm the product and commission rate, set the invitation validity date, and then send the invite. The Affiliate Assistant will display these details in a preview card for you to review before sending.
Review the draft carefully. You can adjust any field by telling the Affiliate Assistant in plain language, for example, "raise the commission to 15%" or "extend the expiry to next Friday." When the draft looks right, click Confirm on the preview card to send the invitation. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
Use Affiliate Assistant to Approve Sample Request
Ask the Affiliate Assistant to show your pending sample requests, or open the Affiliate Assistant from the Approve Sample Request page shortcut. The Affiliate Assistant will list the requests waiting for your decision along with the creator's profile summary, past performance, and the specific SKU requested— and can recommend which requests to approve first.
For each request, tell the Affiliate Assistant whether to approve or reject it, and give a brief reason when rejecting. The Affiliate Assistant will show a confirmation card summarizing your decision before applying it, so you can double-check the creator and product before the action takes effect.
Use Affiliate Assistant to Get Answers to Affiliate Questions
You can ask the Affiliate Assistant any question about affiliate rules, commission logic, campaign eligibility, or how a specific Affiliate Center feature works. Phrase your question naturally, for example, "how is the commission calculated when a sample is used?" or "why can't I add this product to a campaign?"
The Affiliate Assistant replies with a plain-text answer based on the current affiliate knowledge base. If your question is unclear, the Affiliate Assistant will ask a short follow-up question to narrow down what you need before answering.
FAQ
- Will the Affiliate Assistant take action on my behalf without asking?
No. Any action with real impact, such as sending an invitation, approving a sample request, or changing a campaign setting, is shown to you in a confirmation card first. Nothing happens until you click Confirm.
- What if the Affiliate Assistant does not understand my question?
Try rephrasing your request with more specific details, such as the product name, creator ID, or the exact action you want to take. If the Affiliate Assistant still cannot help after a few attempts, it will suggest related questions you can click on instead.
- Can I use the Affiliate Assistant from Seller Assistant as well?
Yes. The affiliate skills are also available inside Seller Assistant, so you can find creators, send invitations, or check affiliate rules without switching platforms. Results that require action inside Affiliate Center will include a direct link.
