How do I claim the overcharged shipping fee? (Single Order)

Kindly provide the following details when submitting the ticket:
  1. Order ID:
    • Please provide us with the affected order ID.
  2. Actual Weight:
    • Provide the accurate weight of the package in grams (g).
  3. Photos:
    • Attach one photo displaying the gross weight (g) of the package.
Claiming window: Only orders within 40 calendar days of the last logistic status update are eligible for investigation.
Any claim or compensation request from sellers exceeding 40 calendar days from the last logistics status update will be rejected.
  • Example: The latest logistics status was updated to "Delivered" on 1st February 2024. The 40th day will be on 11th March 2024. Any claims after 11th March 2024 will be rejected.
Once we get the info, we'll check with the relevant team. If there's an overcharge, we'll refund it. It might take about 5-7 business days for the investigation. We'll keep you updated on what our team finds.
*Please note that one ticket is only for one order (1 ticket = 1 order)
