How do I claim the overcharged shipping fee? (More than 10 orders)

In order for our logistics team to further investigate the issue of overcharged shipping fees for orders exceeding 10 orders in total, kindly provide us with a list of order IDs in this file "Overcharged Shipping fee Investigation" and attach the file to your ticket.
Once we receive the requested information, we will forward it to the logistics department for investigation and process the refund of the overcharged shipping fee (if applicable).
For your information, only orders within 40 calendar days of the last logistic status update are eligible for investigation. As an example, the latest logistics status was updated to "Delivered" on 1st February 2024. The 40th day will be on 11th March 2024. Any claims after 11th March 2024 will be rejected.
The claim process may take 15-20 business days for our platform to assess the chargeable weight and shipping fee. We will get back to you with the latest information if there is any feedback from the relevant team.
