Solvable by Seller

If these instances happen, the system will pause this sample fulfillment request for 10 days and until the product is reactivated by seller.Tap on Sample Reminder to check Sample Information

• You can see information about the number of samples you need to feature in your video/LIVE

On the sample reminder detail page, there will be 2 sections:

• Pending Fulfillment: List of samples that needs to be featured on video or LIVE within 12 days (Shipped by TikTok) and 17 days (Shipped by Seller). Read more about Sample Fulfillment here.
  • The remaining days to fulfill the sample. i.e "Left 3 days" means you have 3 days left to feature the sample on video/LIVE.
• Fulfillment Suspended: List of samples that are being suspended for 10 days. You can check:
  • The remaining suspension days. i.e "Left 3 days (paused)" means Seller has 3 days left to reactivate the product
  • The reason for suspension:
    • Sold Out
    • Under Review
    • Unavailable
• Click the "?" icon for more details
• If you want to check with the seller about the suspended product, tap on [Contact Seller] to chat with Seller

You will receive a notification when the following scenarios happen:

If these instances happen:The system will automatically cancel this fulfillment request and creators will not be required to fulfill their samples.
