LIVE Data Overview*Here, you can easily get a quick glance at your overall LIVE performance in real-time! Monitor the fluctuations in your Direct GMV, Items Sold and Viewers during your LIVE, to see what resonates with your audience and take quick actions to optimise your LIVE if needed.
  • Direct GMV: The total amount paid for orders placed directly from the LIVE, including returns and refunds.
  • Items Sold: The number of items sold directly from the LIVE.
  • Viewers: The number of viewers in the LIVE room.
Click on the refresh icon if you'd like to refresh the data, or click on the ">" icon beside each metric to open the full LIVE Analytics page! *This module will appear when there is at least 1 product added to cart.

  1. Product-level LIVE Performance Data

Product-level LIVE Performance DataIn addition to the LIVE Data Overview available, you can also zoom in to individual product-level performance data in real-time during your LIVE! Check out each product's performance in terms of:
  • Impressions: Number of product impressions for this product during the LIVE video, including for product lists and product cards
  • Add to carts: The number of times viewers add the product to their cart.
  • Items sold: The number of product items sold
This helps you to identify which products are gaining interest and vice versa, so you can quickly tailor your content strategy!
  • Example Tip: if Product A is gaining momentum in views and add to carts but users are not placing orders yet, you could consider doing a limited-time sale or giving limited stock alerts to increase urgency.

  1. What does real-time data mean?
Real-time data refers to information that is continuously updated and delivered immediately as events occur, without delay.
  1. There is no LIVE Data Overview module appearing in my LIVE Shopping Bag. Why is that?
The LIVE Data Overview module appears in the LIVE Shopping Bag when there is at least 1 product added to cart by a buyer.
  1. Will I be able to review the LIVE Data Overview and product-level performance data once my LIVE has ended?
Yes, there will be a LIVE end page where you can access a LIVE recap detail page to see all previous LIVE performance data.
  1. Can I unpin a product that was previously pinned?
Yes, simply click on Unpin. If you wish to pin the product again, simply click on Pin once more.
