How to change my account information?

Account Management
If you want to change your phone number/email address/password:
  • Seller Center > My Account > Seller Profile > Account Information > Email address/Phone number/Password > Change
If you have changed your official name (ID) and want to update:
  • Seller Center > My Account > Account Setting > Qualification Center > Seller Qualification > Edit
If you want to change your business type/company name/business license/owner:
  • Seller Center > My Account > Account Setting > Qualification Center > Seller Qualification > If you need to update your shop's ownership, begin the process. (Found under "Business information" section)
