How do Violation-free LIVEs benefit me?

• Reduces Violation Points & Avoids Penalties – Successfully completing Violation-free LIVEs helps lower your Violation Points and avoid milestone enforcement penalties.

Note: Creators with Violation Points from severe violations may not reduce their points via Violation-free LIVEs until their points expire (90 days).

What is a Violation-free LIVE?

A Livestream must meet the following criteria to be considered a "Violation-free LIVE".

How will I know if my Livestream was considered a Violation-free LIVE?

• You'll receive a notification within 24-48 hours after your Livestream.
• If your Livestream qualifies as a "Violation-free LIVE", you will receive an inbox notification.
• To check how many Violation-free LIVEs you have completed, go to:

TikTok Shop Creator Center > Account Health > "Make a Violation-free LIVE"

How and When Violation Points Get Deducted

• Upon notification of completing your third Violation-free LIVE, 1 Violation Point will be deducted immediately.

Important Timing Rules:

• All 3 qualifying Livestreams must be completed within the same month.
• For example: If you do 2 Livestreams in January and 1 in February, only the February Livestream will count.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is there a limit to how many points I can deduct for this programme?

• Yes. A maximum of 5 Violation Points may be deducted per month.
• This quota resets on the first day of each month.

How many points can I deduct in a day?

• There is no daily limit! If you are able to complete 15 Violation-free LIVEs in a day, you would be able to reduce 5 points in a day. However, you will still be subject to the monthly limit.

If I have 0 Violation Points, can I accumulate Violation-free LIVEs to reduce future points?

• No. Livestreams may only count as Violation-free LIVEs when you have Violation Points.

Is there a limit to how long I can Livestream?

• No, there is no maximum duration for your Livestream. As long as your Livestream is at least 1.5 hours long and meets all other criteria, it will qualify as a Violation-free LIVE.

Why does my Livestream meet all Violation-free LIVE criteria but still not qualify as a Violation-free LIVE?

• A Livestream may be disqualified as a Violation-free LIVE if dishonest behavior is detected or if it has a high order cancellation or refund rate.
