Sales Accelerator AI Generated Video Terms & Conditions

- I authorise TikTok Shop ("TTS") to automatically generate shoppable video (the "AI-generated Video") using the AIGC tool and product information from PDP, and automatically log into my TikTok official account and post the AI-generated video on my behalf.
- I understand that the AI-generated Video has been automatically generated based on the product information I provided to TTS. I also understand and confirm that:
- the AI-generated Video is provided for my convenience and must not be relied upon as professional advice regarding any product;
- to the maximum extent permitted by law, I will remain solely responsible for any use of the tool and accuracy of the AI-generated Video it creates, and TTS will have no liability in this respect.
- I agree to the <AI-generated Video Terms> and confirm that I have the necessary rights from the individual(s) appearing in the uploaded photos, the individual(s) are age 18 or older. I further agree that it may be processed by TikTok as described in the <TikTok Partner Privacy Policy>.
- I acknowledge and confirm that I can pause or stop using this tool at any time through the seller dashboard.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, TTS shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or other business loss arising from use of this tool or content generated by this tool, except where caused by TTS’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
