What is Commerce Growth Fee

Commerce Growth Fee is the amount that the platform charges to all sellers in Thailand based on the price of a product. The Commerce Growth Fee enables TikTok Shop to provide all sellers with platform free shipping incentives and visibility boosts.
The Commerce Growth Fee will be charged for all successfully delivered orders. The Commerce Growth Fee for orders which have been successfully delivered but later returned or refunded, will not be refunded to sellers.

How much is the Commerce Growth Fee?

Commerce Growth Fee Rate

The Commerce Growth Fee Rate (tax inclusive) is 5.35% for goods under the electronics cluster, and 6.42% for goods outside of the electronics cluster, capped at THB 199 per item (tax inclusive).

Calculation Formula

The Commerce Growth Fee is calculated from the item price, minus any seller discounts. Shipping fees and platform discounts are not included as part of the calculation of the Commerce Growth Fee.
The formula is as follows:
Commerce Growth Fee = (Item Price - Seller Discount) * Fee rate

Waiver Policy

To support new sellers in starting their businesses, TikTok Shop will waive the Commerce Growth Fee for new sellers for their first 30 days after successful onboarding. The waiver is capped at THB 5,000.

  1. Who will be charged the Commerce Growth Fee?
  • All sellers on the platform will be charged the Commerce Growth Fee for successfully delivered orders. If the order is later returned or refunded, it will still be charged the Commerce Growth Fee.
  • This fee will not be charged to sellers who ship exclusively via sellers' own fleet.
  1. How will sellers be charged the Commerce Growth Fee?
  • The Commerce Growth Fee charges will be deducted directly from the order settlement.
  1. Is the Commerce Growth Fee inclusive of tax?
  • Yes. The Commerce Growth Fee rates stated above are inclusive of tax.
  1. If the order is cancelled/returned/refunded, will the Commerce Growth Fee be refunded to sellers?
  • If an order is cancelled before shipment (not delivered successfully), the seller will not be charged the Commerce Growth Fee.
  • If an order is returned/refunded (including partial refund) after delivery, the Commerce Growth Fee will not be refunded to the seller.
