What is Platform Infrastructure Fee

The Platform Infrastructure Fee is an amount that the platform charges all sellers in Thailand. The Platform Infrastructure Fee is in place to strategically enhance TikTok Shop's long-term development, maintenance, optimization and service enhancement throughout Thailand. These improvements will benefit sellers and users, laying the foundation for sustainable growth and strengthens the value delivered to TikTok Shop consumers and sellers.
The fee is charged starting from 1st October, 2025, Thailand time (GMT+7).
The Platform Infrastructure Fee is charged for all successfully delivered orders. The Platform Infrastructure Fee for orders which have been successfully delivered but later returned or refunded, will not be refunded to sellers.

How much is the Platform Infrastructure Fee

The Platform Infrastructure Fee is fixed at THB 1.07 (tax inclusive) per successfully delivered order, regardless of how many items are placed under the order

Waiver Policy

To support small sellers in starting their businesses, TikTok Shop will waive this fee for sellers who have between 1 and 100 orders (inclusive of 1 order and 100 orders) within the previous 30 days. This 30-day consideration period ends on the 20th of each month, and the fee will be waived for the entire month following month.

1. What are all the compulsory fees the platform charges, with the Platform Infrastructure Fee?

With the addition of the Commerce Growth Fee, compulsory fees include

• Platform Commission Fee (separate for Marketplace and Mall sellers), with different fee rates for each product category.

1. Who will be charged the Platform Infrastructure Fee?

• All TikTok Shop sellers in Thailand (with the exception of exempted sellers stated below) are charged the Platform Infrastructure Fee for successfully delivered orders.
• Orders which have been successfully delivered, if later returned or refunded, will still be charged the Platform Infrastructure Fee.

• The platform Infrastructure Fee can only be refunded to sellers if the order has not been delivered successfully. Once delivered successfully, regardless of later returns/refunds for the order, the Commerce Growth Fee for that order will not be refunded to sellers.
• For orders that are not yet successfully delivered,
  • If the entire order is cancelled, the full Platform Infrastructure Fee will be refunded to the seller.
  • If part of the order is cancelled, the Platform Infrastructure Fee charged on the cancelled item(s) will not be refunded to the seller.
