What is Transaction Fee?

After an order is successfully delivered to buyers, TikTok Shop will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement. This is called the Transaction Fee, a service fee charged to all sellers (both Local-to-Local and Crossborder) for processing successful orders in TikTok Shop.
The Transaction Fee Rate is 3.21% (tax inclusive).

How is the Transaction Fee calculated?

Formula

  • Before 00:00, 21 March, 2026, Thailand time (GMT+7): Transaction Fee = (Customer payment - Customer refund) * Fee rate.
  • From 00:00, 21 March, 2026, Thailand time (GMT+7): Transaction Fee = (Customer payment + Platform discount) * Fee rate

  • All sellers on the platform will be charged the Transaction Fee for successfully delivered orders. If the order is later returned or refunded, it will still be charged the Transaction Fee.
  1. How will sellers be charged the Transaction Fee?
  • The Transaction Fee charges will be deducted directly from the order settlement.
  1. Is the Transaction Fee inclusive of tax?
  • Yes. The Transaction Fee rate stated above is inclusive of tax.
  1. If the order is cancelled/returned/refunded, will the Transaction Fee be refunded to sellers?
  • If an order is fully cancelled before shipment (not delivered successfully), the seller will not be charged the Transaction Fee.
  • If an order is returned/refunded (including partial refund) after delivery, the Transaction Fee will not be refunded to the seller.
