How to get into help center on Seller Center?

  1. Go into seller center
  1. Go into Help Center or Chat with us

  1. Sellers will be directed to our chatbot, where they can chat or use our topics to ask about their issues

  1. If the chatbot is unable to resolve the issue, a prompt will pop up to re-direct to our agents by either live chat or ticket depending on the issue that they are facing
Note that live chat is only provided during agents' working hours

  1. For the "Create ticket" option, sellers will be re-directed to the New Ticket page to raise their issues
