Criteria for Participation and Conditions for Receiving Special Fees in the 'Mall Combo Package'

Conditions for Participating in the "Mall Combo Package":

1. The seller must enroll in the Mall Live Specials Program
2. The seller must participate in the Brands Crazy Deals by successfully registering at least one product
3. The seller must complete the Mall Program registration

How to register and offboard "Mall Combo Package"

TikTok Shop will send monthly notifications to sellers on the 18th of each month, providing important updates about onboarding and offboarding programs. Stay tuned to ensure you’re always informed about the latest opportunities!

Offboard Mall combo Package

Sellers may submit offboarding requests from the 18th of the current month to the 17th of the following month, with the effective offboarding date being the 1st of the subsequent month.

How to register "Mall Combo Package"

No Need for Re-Registration:
Once sellers scan the QR code or register via the form, they will remain enrolled in the program for subsequent months.
Rejoining After Opting Out:
If a seller opts out of the program but wishes to rejoin later, they will need to complete the registration process again by scanning the QR code or filling out the registration form.
