Why is my order still unsettled?

You can learn more about why your order is unsettled by going to Seller Center, clicking Finance then Transactions. From there, click on the To Settle tab to see the unsettled reasons.
Unsettled reasons can include:

• Waiting for package delivery: Orders in transit will be settled within 2 to 14 calendar days upon successful delivery, and the settlement amount should be available for withdrawal 24 hours later. Check your package logistic information to track shipping and delivery.
• Waiting for completed refund/return: Please pay attention to whether the after-sales request is completed. Orders with after-sales requests in progress will be settled once requests are solved, and the settlement amount should be available for withdrawal 24 hours later.
• Order delivered and awaiting settlement: Orders will be settled within 2 to 14 calendar days upon successful delivery, and the settlement amount should be available for withdrawal 24 hours later.
• Negative settlement amount: Withdrawals will not be available until the amount becomes positive.
