From November 7th, 2024, TikTok Shop introduces Pay Later Service, allowing customers to split their TikTok Shop purchase payments across up-to 5-month monthly installments.


Information that customers provide in their application, such as occupation and monthly income, decides their credit limit for Pay Later Service. Customers with a monthly income of THB 30,000 or lower will be granted a credit up to 1.5 times their income. Customers with a monthly income exceeding THB 30,000 will be granted a credit up to 5 times their income.


When customer orders have been marked completed, the seller will have the full amount settled to their Seller Account Balance as usual. Sellers may check their settlement by going to the TikTok Shop Seller Center > Finance > Transactions, and may visit this feature guide to learn more about settlements on TikTok Shop.

The payment method will be available to customers who:
1. Shop Homepage: Look for the PayLater option near the top of the homepage.
2. Order Center: PayLater can also be found in your Order Center.
3. Product Detail Page: If a product supports PayLater, you'll see it mentioned below the product details.
Why do I not have the option to activate TikTok PayLater?The option to activate PayLater is currently available only to eligible and selected users. If you don’t see it yet, please don’t worry — you may become eligible in future batches. We’re improving the service continuously. To increase your chances, just keep your account active and maintain good shopping habits.
Application Requirements for PayLater: To complete your application, you will need to submit the following:
1. Enter your phone number to create a secure account
2.Upload your valid ID card and please note you must be at least 20 years old.3.Additional information like email address, emergency contacts etc

1. When you pay in TikTok Shop (on the checkout page), select "PayLater" as your payment method.
2. After selecting PayLater, you will be directed to the installment plan page.
3. Users who haven't registered for PayLater can apply for registration and re-place orders.
4. Confirm your payment plan and submit your payment to complete the transaction.

To settle your PayLater bill after the bill date:1. Click on "Make Repayment" on the Paylater main page.
2. Adjust the repayment amount if needed.
Important Details:Minimum Repayment Amount: 1THB.
If the current repayment amount is less than 1THB, you will be required to pay the current amount.

If you encounter technical issues during the payment process, try closing and reopening the TikTok app and try again.

5. The Statement Period is displayed above your bills. For example, if your statement period is 22 Nov - 20 Dec, your Bill Date will be on 21st Dec, and the Repayment Due Date will be on 1st Jan. Any transaction made between the 22nd of the current month and the 20th of the next month must be paid by or before the 1st of the month after next.

What is Pay Later Service?
Pay Later Service is a credit-based payment method that grants customers of TikTok Shop access to credit, which can be repaid in up to 5 installments.
