Where can I find the Affiliate Order Page?

Step 1:You can find the "Earnings entrance" under the Toolkit and click itStep 2:Tap on the Earnings icon,then enter the earning page and find the affiliate orders entranceStep 3:Here is the affiliate page!

Affiliate Order Page Details

On affiliate orders page, the top section displays order status,includes the All/Customer Unpaid/Pending/Settled/Ineligible/Frozen, you can easily switch tabs to see orders in different statuses

In the top-right corner of the page, there are a search and a download icon.
  • Search: you can search by Order ID、Product Name or video name
  • Download
    • Clicking the download icon triggers a pop-up page
    • You can configure your export using available filters, such as:
      • Filter by date
      • Time Period
      • Order Status
      • Order Type
      • Content Type
      • Bonus
      • Est.commission rate
It also includes an "Export History" tab. Switch to this tab to check the download doc

Update from 16/11/2023In order to help Creators easily reconcile commissions and the number of affiliate orders with Sellers and MCN, we've updated the new definition of affiliate orders.

The number of affiliate orders is equal to the total number of affiliate items sold by the Creator. For example: Two buyers placed orders on Creator A's channel from September 1st to September 10th.

What is different for Order in Today's Data and Affiliate Order in TikTok Shop?

There are two definitions of orders in TikTok Shop: SKU Orders & Created Affiliate Orders. Detailed explanation & visibility of these metrics as below:

  • Definition of Orders: The number of affiliate product SKU orders buyers placed attributed to your promotion during the selected period, including refunded orders.
  • For example:
Today there are 2 buyers placing affiliate orders on your channel. Detail in below:
  • 1st Buyer purchased one apple and one banana
  • 2nd Buyer purchased two lemons and one banana
  • The number of orders what displayed here is 4 SKU Orders: Because 1st Buyer placed 2 SKU (Apple & Banana) and 2nd Buyer placed 2 SKUs (Lemons & Banana)

    		The number of orders displayed on the Affiliate order page is the number of created affiliate orders. How to understand these numbers?
    • [1]- "8 created orders" : There are 8 orders created by buyers.
    • [2] - "Order ID 23124xxxx": Buyer A places an order 23124xxxx.
    • [3] -" $762 x 3" : There are 6 items sold in this order: 3 Skincrare set & 3 Hat
    • [4] -Skincare & Hat: There are 2 SKU orders in order 23124xxxx. : Skin Care set & Hat

    FAQs

    1. When are reports updated?
    After a customer places an order, it usually takes a few minutes for the order to appear on the affiliate orders page.（During major promotions, we may need more time to process orders, which may cause delays. This won't affect your earnings and settlement period.）
    1. What are the different order statuses?
    • Customer Unpaid: the customer has placed an order successfully, but has not yet completed the payment. The transaction is not finalized, and the order is not yet valid for processing or commission.
    • Pending: The order is still processing. You can withdraw your commission once the order is delivered and settled. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping status.
    • Settled: The order is complete, and you can withdraw your commission.
    • Ineligible: The order has been canceled or refunded. No commission will be earned from these orders.
    • Frozen: The order is subject to platform risk control. Please contact customer service for more details.
    1. Why is the estimated commission different from the actual commission?
    • Orders may be returned or partially refunded. TikTok Shop calculates your actual commission using the following formula: Commission = (Revenue - Refunds) * Commission Rate
    • If an order is canceled or fully refunded before it is completed, you will not receive any commission. the corresponding reason is also displayed on the order details page.(Please keep in mind that customers have several days to return an item after receiving it. You can learn more by visiting our feature guide on affiliate commission.)

    1. Which orders are not shown in the [affiliate orders] details?
    • Returnable/Free Sample Order
    • Seller self-sold order
    • Gift Order
    1. What filter options are available in [affiliate orders]?
    Creators can filter or search orders by:
    • Search fields: order ID, product name, video name
    • Date filters: order creation date, order settlement date
    • Additional filters: order type, content type, bonus availability, estimated commission rate
    Up to 15,000 orders can be exported per download.
    1. What is the maximum number of orders that can be exported at once?
    2. When will I receive my commission?
    You will receive your commission after the order is settled, you can view the corresponding information directly on the page.
