2. How It Works

• If your products are already registered in affiliate Open Collaboration and enrolled in the External Traffic Program, they will be automatically promoted by our service across our network of external affiliate channels, including platforms like ShopBack (cashback & rewards), content sites, and deal platforms.
• If not, simply register your products on Open Collaboration to automatically enroll them in the External Traffic Program. Learn more here to register products in Open Collaboration.

• You will pay a commission only when a sale is generated from outside TikTok. Learn more about how the commissions work here.

• This is a managed service run directly by TikTok Shop Paid Ads team. It is NOT part of the Creator Leaderboard and will not compete with your existing creators.
• To ensure fairness, the Official Affiliate Service account will not accept any Target Collaboration invitations from sellers.
• Affiliate commissions generated through this program are channel promotion fees for external platforms, with no profit or fund retention by the platform itself

3. How to Exit the Promotion

• Simply remove the official account (@tiktokshop_affiliate_th) from your creator list by following this step:

Once removed, your products will no longer be included in future campaigns by this account @tiktokshop_affiliate_th. Please note that commissions for sales generated before quitting will still be paid.

• To leave the External Traffic Program entirely, follow the steps here. After exiting, your products will no longer be promoted outside TikTok by any creators or partners.

4. How to Track The Orders

You can track the orders coming from External Traffic Program on Seller Center > Affiliate Center > Affiliate Order
On this page, you can view all of your affiliate orders. To filter orders from the External Traffic Program, use the 'Content Type' filter and select "External Traffic Program". Orders generated through our Official Affiliate Service will list @tiktokshop_affiliate_th as the creator account.
Sales generated through the External Traffic Program will be recorded as affiliate GMV within the Product Card channel. Click here to learn more about tracking this data.

   • Product selection is determined by the platform, and not all Open Collaboration items may be eligible for promotion.
5. What is the difference between the Official Affiliate Service and an External Affiliate Marketing Solution?

For sellers who previously participated in the External Affiliate Marketing Solution (EAMS), we will be updating the current campaign-based External Affiliate Marketing Solution (EAMS) to the External Traffic Program (ETP) to support you with a more consistent and streamlined experience.

• The platform will update the current External Affiliate Marketing Solution (EAMS) program to External Traffic Program (ETP) to generate external affiliate links.
• We will promote your Open Collaboration products with TikTok's Official Affiliate Service account (@tiktokshop_affiliate_th) as mentioned above.
• We will automatically promote products you registered on affiliate Open Collaboration to our network of external affiliate media (e.g., content sites, deal platforms, cashback sites)
