Starting 1 August 2025, TikTok Shop will introduce a Seller Logistics Cost for parcels over 3kg. This change helps us adapt to the ever-evolving logistics landscape and ensures that buyers continue to enjoy a smooth and reliable experience.
Here’s what you need to know:

1. This cost will be added to the shipping fee paid by sellers, but it will be handled internally and won’t be shown to buyers at checkout.
2. The additional fee will range from THB 2 to THB 7 per parcel, depending on the weight tier, and will be applied consistently across all shipping routes. Please refer to the updated seller's shipping fee ratecard below.
