TikTok Shop Campaign for Sellers
This guide outlines the requirements you need to meet to join TikTok Shop campaigns. Campaigns are a great way to attract new customers and grow your sales. By participating, you can also benefit from increased visibility and additional platform support during the campaign period.You can join campaigns directly through Seller Center > Marketing > Campaigns, or reach out to your Account Manager for more details.
Campaign Eligibility Requirements
To join TikTok Shop campaigns, your shop and products must meet the below performance standards. Campaign eligibility is reviewed regularly, so make sure your performance remains within the required thresholds throughout the campaign period.If your shop or product's performance drops below the required standards, your shop may be disqualified from campaign participation. You can continue to improve your performance and register for campaigns again once the requirements are met.Note: TikTok Shop reserves the right to remove any shop or product from a campaign, including but not limited to severe violations or compliance reasons.
For Sellers with a Store Rating
Seller Qualification- Store Rating: Above 3.0
- Violation Points: Below 36
- Product Negative Review Rate (past 30 days): Below 1.5% (applies only if there are more than 5 orders with negative reviews)
- Seller-Fault Return/Refund Rate (past 7 days): Meet these targets based on your product category:
- Electronics: Below 5%
- Fashion / FMCG: Below 4.8%
- Lifestyle: Below 4.5%
- *Applies only if there are 5 or more orders with seller-fault returns or refunds
For Sellers without a Store Rating
Seller Qualification- Violation Points: Below 36
- Late Dispatch Rate (past 7 days): Below 10%
- Seller-Fault Cancellation Rate (past 7 days): Below 10%
- Seller Negative Review Rate (past 30 days): Below 3% (applies only if there are more than 10 orders with negative reviews)
- Product Negative Review Rate (past 30 days): Below 1.5% (applies only if there are more than 5 orders with negative reviews)
- Seller-Fault Return/Refund Rate (past 7 days): Meet these targets based on your product category:
- Electronics: Below 5%
- Fashion / FMCG: Below 4.8%
- Lifestyle: Below 4.5%
- *Applies only if there are 5 or more orders with seller-fault returns or refunds
