What should I do if I wish to initiate an order cancellation?

Below are important guidelines for seller-initiated cancellations:
  • Sellers must provide prompt notice of all cancellations to the customer via in-app notifications. All notices must be in the customer's language and explain the reason for order cancellation.
  • Sellers must provide a full refund to the customer if the paid order was cancelled.
  • Sellers must always process cancellations through their Seller Center and are prohibited from requesting customers to cancel their orders.
  • Sellers may also fulfill the order at a later date if the customer expressly consents to wait for a defined period for fulfilment.
Sellers should note that any unilateral cancellation may lead to negative feedback from customers.
