Bundle Deal - Terms and Conditions

As a limited time special promotion, we, the seller of certain products on TikTok Shop, offer you (buyers on TikTok Shop) bundle deals where you can purchase a collection of products at a discounted price (each, a "Bundle Deal").

1. Bundle Deals may be valid for a limited period of time only. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate any Bundle Deal at any time.
2. Bundle Deals may only be available in certain countries or regions. The Bundle Deal offer is void where bundle is prohibited.
3. Not all buyer are eligible to purchase the Bundle Deals. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact our customer service via the entrance on our TikTok Shop Store pages.
4. Not all products are eligible for Bundle Deals. Each of the participating products of the Bundle Deals will be labeled with "Bundle". If the "Bundle" label of a product is removed, the corresponding Bundle Deal will no longer be available.
5. Each Bundle Deal has a fixed price.
6. Each Bundle Deal is for specific products pre-selected by us. But you may still be able to select the color, size or other specifications (if available) of the products within a Bundle Deal.
7. Each Bundle Deal offered by us only applies to the participating products sold by us. It does not apply to the same products sold by other sellers or merchants.
8. There might be a limitation on the quantity of the Bundle Deal products set you can purchase, and this will be indicated by us via the instructions displayed on the TikTok Platform interface.
9. When you access the "Product Details" page of one participating product of a Bundle Deal, the remaining participating products of the same Bundle Deal will be displayed under a separate column named "Bundle" on the "Product Details" page. You can only buy the participating products of one Bundle Deal at the discounted fixed price for such Bundle Deal by adding the participating products through the "Bundle" column on the "Product Details" page. If the participating products are not added in accordance with above, the discounted fixed price will not be applicable even if you have added all participating products of a Bundle Deal in your Shopping Cart.
10. Also, all participating products of one Bundle Deal must be purchased in order for you to purchase at the fixed price for the Bundle Deal. For example, if you remove any of the participating products under one Bundle Deal from your Shopping Cart, you will not be able to buy those products at the discounted fixed price for the Bundle Deal. If any participating product of a Bundle Deal is sold out or otherwise unavailable, then such Bundle Deal is not available.
11. Bundle Deals may or may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, coupon, voucher provided by us or TikTok Shop. You can check the feasibility of the conjunctive use, check the final price and apply different promotion or discount options available to you on the "Checkout Details" page.
12. All participating products in one Bundle Deal must be purchased in one order and shipped to a single address. Shipping charges will separately apply to all Bundle Deal orders.
13. We may limit the number of total Bundle Deals you can buy. If you add certain participating products of a Bundle Deal in your Shopping Cart but you already exceed such limit, such products will no longer be available for you to purchase at the discounted price for the Bundle Deal. Whether the products are available for you to purchase as a Bundle Deal at the discounted fixed price will be shown on your "Shopping Cart" page.
14. You may return the participating products of a Bundle Deal in whole or in part. Refund will be made to you in accordance with the respective discounted price within the Bundle Deal at which you purchase such products. As mentioned above, you may only be able to purchase limited number of Bundle Deals from us. If you successfully return all products within a Bundle Deal in one batch or by batches, such returned purchase will not count as one purchase of Bundle Deal for the purpose of calculating the limit of numbers of Bundle Deals you can purchase. If you only return part of the participating products of a Bundle Deal, your purchase will still count as one purchase of Bundle Deal for the purpose of calculating such limit despite the return. Other than the foregoing, return and refund of the participating products of the Bundle Deals is subject to the same return and refund policies for other products.
15. If you abuse the Bundle Deal in any way (including without limitation in a fraudulent or otherwise illegal manner), we may stop making available any Bundle Deal to you.
16. The Bundle Deals are offered to you by us, not TikTok Shop! All disputes arising from or in connection with the Bundle Deals should be resolved between you and us.
17. We may amend these terms and conditions at our sole discretion from time to time.
