For some unforeseen events, TikTok Shop may announce additional support measures below.

  • If you are unable to ship orders within the specified period, we recommend enabling Holiday Mode to temporarily prevent new orders until your shop can resume operations.

Announcement of Assistance Policies for Merchants Impacted by Flooding (Southern Region)

TikTok Shop Thailand stands in solidarity with merchants affected by flooding in the southern region and is implementing the following support measures:
  1. Extension of delivery deadlines for merchants (here)
  2. Exemption of shop performance scores for affected orders (here)
  3. Orders placed between 8–31 December 2025 will receive a waiver of the 3.21% order fee*
    1. Applicable to merchants with total sales not exceeding 1,000,000 THB in December 2025, or a maximum fee waiver of 32,100 THB per merchant
    2. For merchants whose total sales exceed 1,000,000 THB in December 2025, fees for orders beyond that threshold will be calculated as usual
    3. This fee waiver applies only to merchants directly affected

Extension of Delivery Deadlines & Exemption of shop Performance ScoresTikTok Shop recognizes the challenges merchants may face due to the recent flooding. To support affected sellers and provide guidelines for handling orders destined for affected areas, the following measures apply to orders placed from 20–26 November 2025:

  • Narathiwat
  • Pattani
  • Phatthalung
  • Songkhla
  • Satun
  • Surat Thani
  • Yala

For Sellers Located in Affected Areas

TikTok Shop will extend delivery deadlines for sellers in the affected provinces for orders placed from 20–26 November 2025 as follows:

Notes:
  • Important: On the Seller Center, the delivery deadline will still display according to the standard timeframe (the extended timeframe will not be shown). Sellers may refer to the new extended deadlines according to the provided table.
  • Every Monday from 1–30 December 2025, sellers will receive system notifications regarding their late delivery rate and/or cancellation rate due to seller error.
    • TikTok Shop will automatically process score appeals for any negative impact caused by orders during this period.
    • If a merchant continues to be affected beyond the extension period and receives late delivery rates and/or cancellation rates due to seller error (LDR), please submit evidence for appeal here.
Additional Recommendations for Sellers
  • If you are unable to resume order processing within the required timeframe, you are advised to activate Vacation Mode (see instructions here) to temporarily prevent new orders until your shop is ready to operate again.

For Sellers with Orders Destined for Affected Areas

If a seller has orders that must be delivered to affected addresses, TikTok Shop recommends fulfilling and dispatching orders as usual to avoid negative impact on shop performance. Logistics providers will handle deliveries as appropriate.
  • If a buyer cancels an order, resulting in negative impact on shop metrics, please submit an appeal and/or open a support ticket for further assistance.
