What is Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery is a shipping service provided by TikTok Shop in partnership with a specialized logistics provider to ensure orders arrive within the same day if the orders are placed during applicable periods. With Same Day Delivery, the courier will pick up the package from you and deliver it straight to the buyer, without stopping at any sorting stations. Same-Day Delivery Shipping Timeline

The timelines below apply to working days from Monday to Saturday.
When using Same Day Delivery, you must follow the timelines below to avoid late dispatch, which impacts your Same-day Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) and Seller-Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR).

• Pickup requests must be made by 17:00 on the same day.
• Orders not ready for shipment by this time will be marked as late dispatch and count towards your Same-day Late Dispatch Rate (LDR).
• If no pickup request is made by 23:59 on the next working day, the order will be cancelled and count towards your Seller Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR).
• If a pickup request is made but the package is not handed over to the logistics provider by 23:59 on the second working day after the order was placed, the order will also be cancelled and counted towards your SFCR.

For orders placed between 15:00 - 23:59

• Pickup requests must be made by 17:00 on the next working day.
• Orders not ready for shipment by this time will be marked as late dispatch and count towards your Same-day Late Dispatch Rate (LDR).
• If no pickup request is made by 23:59 on the second working day after the order was placed, the order will be cancelled and count towards your Seller Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR).
• If a pickup request is made but the package is not handed over to the logistics provider by 23:59 on the third working day after the order was placed, the order will also be cancelled and counted towards your SFCR.
