How Do I Get Started with Seller Missions?

To get started with Seller Missions, click on the "Growth Center" tab in the Seller Center and click on "My Missions". On the My Missions page, you will see a list of active missions. Click on the start button on each mission and start working on it.

How Do I Claim My Rewards?

Once you have completed a mission, you will be eligible to claim your reward. To claim your reward, go to the "My Rewards" page and click on the "Use" button.

What Are the Rewards?

The rewards for completing Seller Missions may vary depending on the mission. Some common rewards include:
  • Discount vouchers: Discount vouchers that can be used by customers to purchase products from your store.

  • Shipping fee voucher: Shipping fee vouchers that can be used to give shipping fee discounts upon purchase.

  • Promote voucher: Promote vouchers can be used to promote your content using TikTok's Promote advertising tool.

  • Promote Voucher: Discount voucher that seller can use to Promote their livestreams or videos

  • Commission discounts: Commission discounts reduce the amount of commission that TikTok Shop charges on sales made in your store.

  • Access to services: TikTok Shop offers a variety of services to sellers, such as the official chat group and a dedicated account manager.

FAQ

  1. What happens if a mission expires before I have been able to complete it?
If a mission expires before you have been able to complete it, any progress you have made will be lost and you will not be eligible to claim the reward.
  1. Can I collect rewards for multiple accounts related to one seller?
No, in order to be eligible to earn rewards, the account must be the Seller Owner Account.
  1. Do missions belong to sellers or accounts?
Missions are linked to sellers, not accounts. Rewards will be sent to the seller's account.
  1. What if I couldn't find the rewards even though the mission had been completed?
Give some time for the system to synchronize the rewards. If it prolongs, go to the Help Center and raise a ticket
  1. Will all sellers receive missions to be completed?
No. Missions will vary based on sellers' level, platform program, etc. Make sure you do not miss your missions, if any, by checking Seller Center > Growth Center > My Mission
