By managing these orders well and meeting the criteria, you’ll be able to boost your store’s performance:

Example:

What is the Next Day Delivery Rate (NDDR)?
Orders identified by the system as eligible based on the location will be tagged as a Next Day Delivery (NDD) order. The Next Day Delivery Rate (NDDR) is the percentage of all NDD-tagged orders created between 00:00H to 12:00H on a Working Day that are fulfilled within the specified timeframe within the past 30 calendar days.By managing these orders well and meeting the criteria, you’ll be able to boost your store’s performance:
- Boost your Next Day Delivery Rate (NDDR): A higher NDDR also improves your Fast Dispatch Rate (FDR), which enhances your overall Store Rating, helping your shop shine.
- Unlock more Next Day Delivery (NDD) tags: Meeting the criteria gives your orders more NDD tags, making it more appealing to buyers by offering them a faster, smoother delivery experience.
When do I need to ship NDD orders?
The status NDD-tagged orders must be changed to "Shipped" (i.e., scanned by the LSP or dropped off) within this timeframe:
Note: While the NDD tags may apply to orders placed throughout the day, the NDDR is only calculated from NDD orders created between 00:00H to 12:00H that you fulfill on time within the past 30 calendar days.
📌 To help you manage your NDD orders, please see this guide.
PRO TIP! Pay attention to your courier's pick-up Cut-Off Times!
- For pick-up orders: To ensure that your package can be fulfilled as soon as possible, ensure that your package is ready to ship ("Awaiting Collection") by your courier's pick-up time and "Shipped" by 23:59H.
- For drop-off orders: Ensure that your package is dropped-off and "Shipped" by 23:59H.
How is my NDDR calculated?
While the NDD tags may apply to orders placed throughout the day, the NDDR is only calculated from NDD orders created between 00:00H to 12:00H that you fulfill on time within the past 30 calendar days.Example:
- Your Shop receives 100 NDD orders created between 00:00H to 12:00H over the past 30 calendar days.
- You fulfill 90 of these orders on time.
- Your NDDR is 90% (90/100 * 100%)
🎯We recommend maintaining an NDDR of > 90%
How can I track my NDDR?
You can monitor your NDDR performance via these 2 channels on Seller Center to help you optimize your store operations:- Manage Orders: click on the top right tab to view more details.

- Shop Health: in the Order fulfilment violations section

How can I maintain my NDDR?
Here are some tips to help you maintain or improve your NDDR performance:- Complete daily shipments: Make sure that the number of orders marked “Ship by 23:59 today” is reduced to 0 before finishing the last parcel handover to the logistics provider.
- Prioritize shipments: Fulfill NDD orders before Standard orders. You can use filters to prioritize NDD orders, or use the auto-sorting system.
- Timely handovers to logistics provider: Update the order status to "Awaiting collection" by 13:00H to notify the logistics company to collect parcels. Ensure that sellers select pickup for Pick-up orders.
- Manage order cut-off times: Increase the number of daily parcel handovers for pickup and packing to at least twice a day (e.g., 13:00H and 16:00H).
- Optimize packing process: Organize the packing process efficiently so parcels are ready promptly, ensuring pickup personnel don't wait more than 30 minutes after arrival.
- Enhance problem-solving speed: Build rapport with drivers or pickup personnel and keep their contact details for emergencies. Notify them in advance if you need additional vehicles.
